Our Working at Heights Refresher program will provide participants with an understanding of their responsibilities when working in areas where fall hazards exist. Participants will understand the elimination of fall hazards using the hierarchy of hazard controls method.
Pre-requisite: Must have taken a valid MOL approved WAH training course in order to do a refresher course.
This ½ day course will also explain the proper utilization and inspection of the required equipment as well as the critical controls necessary to reduce the risk of a fall. Upon successful completion, participants will have a full understanding of the laws and regulations of the Working At Heights standards.
The Course includes a theory and practical component. Course is being held at the Cooper Branch
PPE Requirements:
Steel toe foot wear
Hi Vis vest or jacket
Safety Glasses
Hard hat
Harness and Lanyard ( Training ones are available if you don’t have your own)
