AbbotsfordI have dealt with the great staff here for years. Some of which worked on Allwood when it was Star Rentals. My only complaint is they are not open Saturdays. Very unfortunate, as people who have regular work weeks, are not able to use their services.

LethbridgeI had such a great experience getting my first propane fill at Cooper Rentals in Lethbridge today! From the moment I arrived, the extremely friendly staff made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. I was given a coupon for $5 off my first purchase as well as a punch card entitling me to a free refill after 6 purchases. It’s not often you find a place where customer service feels this genuine. On top of that, their pricing is the best in town—great value without sacrificing service. Highly recommend stopping in if you need propane. I’ll definitely be back!

CobourgNeeded a trencher for an early spring job to restore power to a house. They didn’t have one in stock but had one delivered in from Belleville for the next day. Picked unit up and completed the job. When I dropped it off the guy in the yard was friendly and helped unload it. Great service.

LangleyI’m a homeowner in Brookswood with a big yard and a strong belief in sweat equity… but also a 40-year-old back that likes to keep things humble. Brookswood Rentals is usually my go-to and has enabled so many of my DIY projects over the years. But this time, I was taking on a much bigger job thanks to chafer beetles. Full backyard reset. New dirt, new lawn, the whole thing. I started out with a shovel and very quickly realized this was going to turn into a personal crisis if I didn’t pivot. I called Brookswood Rentals first, but they didn’t have what I needed and pointed me toward Cooper Equipment Rentals. Best redirect ever. The team at Cooper was amazing from start to finish. They got me set up with a sod cutter for $149, and even gave me the tip to pick it up on a Friday so I could keep it all weekend and return it Monday. That alone felt like insider information. They loaded it into my truck, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process super easy, even for someone who is very much learning as she goes. The machine itself absolutely saved me. It turned a completely overwhelming job into something actually doable. That said, I couldn’t move for three days. Not even a little bit. But would I do it again with their help? Absolutely. Highly recommend Cooper Equipment Rentals if you’re tackling a project and want helpful people, good advice, and the right tools to get it done.
TaberThe people who run this location of Cooper Equipment Rentals, particularly Gerald Schell, are perfect examples of what people should be. I had a bad situation with Absolute Foundations in September and a small machine was left in my yard. In a few days when I realized no one was picking it up, I searched the sticker and called the company to tell them where it was and that they were welcome to come and get it, which they did. Cooper was very supportive and the driver was very kind with his words. I have decided to try to do some of the work required myself and called Cooper to rent a small unit. Gerald was truly amazing and offered me a discount for alerting them to pick up the equipment left at my place. He spoke kindly to me, apologizing for being caught up in a very bad situation and extended the very kind offer, which I have graciously accepted, of course. I have only met the driver and spoken to Gerald on the phone, but if these two are examples of this company, they definitely have my esteem and recommendations. Well done Cooper!

I recently rented a generator from there, and let’s just say it was an experience that genuinely checked all the boxes. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by Claire, who had the cheerful enthusiasm of a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. It was as if she was waiting to unveil the incredible wonders of generator rentals! I half expected her to break into a song. Once I picked out my generator Claire gave me a detailed explanation on how to operate it. I had high hopes for a drama-free experience. Fast forward to bringing it home, and this generator had more personality than some of my friends. MonctonI have frequently rented equipment for many years from local rental companies. I had a larger grading and landscaping project to do and after becoming frustrated with other local rental companies I found Cooper Equipment Rentals. I made a call and was put in contact with Shawn Dwyer and that was the start of a great rental experience. I rented an Excavator and a Skid Steer for the project. The rates were absolutely the best in the greater Moncton area by far. I also dealt with Carol Paris on these rentals who was always pleasant and very helpful. Moving forward Cooper Rentals is my go to for any equipment rental. Great company to have in the Moncton area. I recommend trying them on your next rental.

Saint JohnIt’s rare to find honest and decent businesses these days, but this location truly stands out with its amazing customer-oriented and helpful service. I rented a mini excavator this morning, but it turned out I couldn’t use it to complete my job. I decided to drive back with the excavator and exchange it for a front loader. When I walked into the front desk, all I said was that the machine wasn’t going to work for me and that I needed a front loader instead. Their immediate priority was to get me my money back and reserve a front loader so I could finish my task. Thank you, guys - excellent service
