MonctonI have frequently rented equipment for many years from local rental companies. I had a larger grading and landscaping project to do and after becoming frustrated with other local rental companies I found Cooper Equipment Rentals. I made a call and was put in contact with Shawn Dwyer and that was the start of a great rental experience. I rented an Excavator and a Skid Steer for the project. The rates were absolutely the best in the greater Moncton area by far. I also dealt with Carol Paris on these rentals who was always pleasant and very helpful. Moving forward Cooper Rentals is my go to for any equipment rental. Great company to have in the Moncton area. I recommend trying them on your next rental.
Stoney Creek-Great customer service -Professional -helpful I rented out a piece of equipment for a job and had some issues with it but the staff were great in finding a resolution. I will be renting from cooper equipment at this location again.

Shawn was extremely helpful from start to finish — he not only provided the equipment but also handled the full installation for me . Saint JohnIt’s rare to find honest and decent businesses these days, but this location truly stands out with its amazing customer-oriented and helpful service. I rented a mini excavator this morning, but it turned out I couldn’t use it to complete my job. I decided to drive back with the excavator and exchange it for a front loader. When I walked into the front desk, all I said was that the machine wasn’t going to work for me and that I needed a front loader instead. Their immediate priority was to get me my money back and reserve a front loader so I could finish my task. Thank you, guys - excellent service

OshawaI called Cooper at 8:30am on a Friday, somewhat desparate. I had a time sensitive job and it was crucial to have it completed by that day and of course a boom lift was needed. Amelia took our call and booked our request. By 10:45am we had the towable 50’ lift loaded up from their yard and off to my job site by 11:30am. We compIeted the job and returned the lift same day by 3:00pm. We are so pleased with Amelia and her team’s customer service, so responsive from the order desk to the yard staff. Have rented multiple times from this location. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, with great recommendations on what equipment is best to get the job done. One time went in to rent a large excavator to tear down a shed and they rented me the smaller size as the one I had planned was overkill, nice to go somewhere and not feel nickel and dimed.

West KelownaHaven’t had a bad experience with these guys. Darcy is extremely helpful and courteous. They have the best pricing for fencing & generators I’ve been quoted in the Interior, and are timely and efficient. When we needed extra stuff we didn’t account for, they were on top of it ASAP. Won’t be going with anyone else for rentals.
I needed a hedger and they came through for me. I received a great lice and great service. Would recommend them any time.

RevelstokeWe were in town visiting in our RV and had a leak during a rain storm. I needed a dehumidifier and initially went to the hardware store to buy one and my only options were a $300 or $400 one to purchase. I looked up rentals and these guys took care of us and couldn’t have been nicer! I would recommend them for any of your rental needs.

BellevilleDropped in on these fellas today, and I honestly was clueless as to what I needed or what I was looking for. I’m not very handy. As it turned out, I ultimately didn’t need a product that they specifically offered. HOWEVER - the two gentlemen working there proceeded to find out what local businesses had/offered the product that I needed, or could potentially offer or get the product I needed. That’s right. They took the time out of their day to find out where I could go to get the service I needed, even though it wouldn’t immediately benefit them. Well, now I have a better understanding of what they do. And I’m now a home owner, and will need services they provide more in the future, and you can bet that because of this, I’ll use 'em, and I’ll recommend them immediately every chance I get. Good job, guys.

RevelstokeCooper Rentals is a LIFESAVER. My bike lock jammed while we were visiting Revelstoke, and I was unable to get it unlocked so I decided I needed to cut it. I called Cooper Rentals and the manager Kyle told me to swing by and he would help me out. Ended up lending me a grinder for free, which was super kind of him.
