-Great customer service -Professional -helpful I rented out a piece of equipment for a job and had some issues with it but the staff were great in finding a resolution. I will be renting from cooper equipment at this location again.

Great experience here renting a mini excavator for my landscaping company. The guys were professional, personable , and went the extra mile when it came down to accommodating a tricky schedule. I will be back to rent from them again.

Very accommodating if they don’t have the equipment they will definitely get in quickly and most importantly everything we pick up Everthing in working order which is very important

I have used coopers for years ! Always helpful people in there very easy to deal with. If you want longer term stuff they can also swing a deal. They lent us the big BBQ for staff parties. Good bunch at Hamilton and st catherines. If there is an issue with the equipment they swap it out or come fix it pretty quickly. 5 stars

Great customer service equipment is newer

Cooper is a wonderful business to be served by. I work for a company who has many cooper employees come through on a regular basis and it’s always nice serving them. One person who really stands out is Will, always friendly, kind and respectful. They donate yearly to our business for a charity event we hold and it’s always a big list of people trying to ‘win’ what they provide. Definitely recommend for any machine rental you might need. Definitely worth checking them out!

Phoned around to a couple of rental places, never knew Cooper was such a big outfit, even though I have lived in the area for 70+ years. Got a friendly voice on the line. Got a quote and decided to get my trencher there. They called back as promised, (which does not happen with all businesses} and it was ready for pickup on Saturday Morning. I did not know you could bring it back on Monday for the one day rate, which was a bonus! Just a few comments for DIY guys. The 18" trencher is a bit of a chore to operate. The engagement lever is difficult so if you are not physically fit, get someone else to do it. In damp Binbrook clay, the trencher throws a third of the material back into the trench and you have to fashion a scoop to clean it out. In dryer soil sections, you get a decent trench… Got the job done, Cooper treated me well. Recommended.

Cooper is fantastic to deal with, has well maintained equipment, and is quite knowledgeable and well stocked to help with most projects be it for your own home, construction project, or factory.
