I had a bad situation with Absolute Foundations in September and a small machine was left in my yard. In a few days when I realized no one was picking it up, I searched the sticker and called the company to tell them where it was and that they were welcome to come and get it, which they did. Cooper was very supportive and the driver was very kind with his words. I have decided to try to do some of the work required myself and called Cooper to rent a small unit. Gerald was truly amazing and offered me a discount for alerting them to pick up the equipment left at my place. He spoke kindly to me, apologizing for being caught up in a very bad situation and extended the very kind offer, which I have graciously accepted, of course. I have only met the driver and spoken to Gerald on the phone, but if these two are examples of this company, they definitely have my esteem and recommendations. Well done Cooper!
