This is by far the most impressive rental company I have ever dealt with! Rented a track steer this morning and my tasks were moving along flawlessly with the machine, when I finished my break, I sat in the machine and closed the door, the windshield shattered and I was completely covered with shards of glass. I called Emily at Coopers whose first question was, oh my goodness are you ok? Bring the machine over and we’ll fix you up immediately, I was greeted with May I make you a coffee?
