Our History
Since 1946
Founded in Moncton, New Brunswick, by T.H. Stevenson, Hub Equipment has been a pioneer in the equipment rental industry. In the 1950s, under Verne Stevenson, the company moved to Brockville, Ontario, and later to Toronto, expanding its rental and sales operations.
Hub Equipment stood out by offering a diverse range of machinery and maintaining a high-quality rental fleet through dedicated maintenance programs. This approach allowed us to meet the evolving needs of customers across Canada and beyond.
Today
With over 78 years of experience, Hub Equipment continues to provide top-tier rental equipment from brands like CAT, Hitachi, John Deere, and Komatsu. Our focus on customer satisfaction, quality equipment, and flexible service remains steadfast.
In February 2023, Hub Equipment was acquired by Cooper Equipment Rentals. Now operating as a Specialty Division of Cooper, we uphold our legacy of trust and excellence, ready to meet future challenges and opportunities.
