Notice to Recruiters and Staffing Agencies
Cooper Equipment Rentals and its specialty divisions manage all hiring through an internal recruiting team. We ask that external agencies respect the following guidelines:
- Internal Recruiting Only: Cooper handles all recruitment internally. Our hiring needs are managed by our in-house People & Culture team.
- No Direct Contact: Please do not contact Cooper employees directly to present candidates. Only our internal recruiters are authorized to liaise with hiring managers.
- Prior Approval Required: Agencies must obtain written approval from Cooper’s recruiting leadership before submitting any candidate resumes—and only in response to an active, approved job requisition.
- Unsolicited Resumes: We do not accept unsolicited resumes from external sources. Any resume not submitted with prior approval will be considered unsolicited.
- No Fees for Unsolicited Resumes: Cooper will not be liable for any fees related to unsolicited resumes. These candidates will be deemed referred at no cost.
- Valid Agreements Only: All agency agreements must be in writing and signed by a Cooper People & Culture leader. Agreements made through verbal commitments, implied consent, or contact with non-authorized employees are not valid.

Notice to Candidates
All recruitment at Cooper Equipment Rentals is managed directly by our in-house People & Culture team. We do not use external recruiters or staffing agencies to fill positions.
If you are contacted by a third-party agency claiming to represent us, please notify us immediately. Submitting your resume through an unauthorized source will remove you from consideration for the role.
