We are looking for a customer-orientedmotivated individual to join our professional team as a Parts and Service Coordinator / Rental Coordinator at our Aldergrove, BC branch.

What You’ll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone inquiries from customers / sales and process rental requests; escalate and communicate professionally & effectively.
  • Assist with dispatching delivery drivers.
  • Maintain parts inventory and process warranty claims.
  • Process new rental contracts as per standard operating procedures.
  • Point of contact for cycle billing, contract filing, equipment exchanges, weekly open order contract report reconciliation etc.
  • Coordinate with the service department on all rental equipment and service/repair issues to the rental fleet.
  • Order/receive necessary parts by filling out purchase order, and coordinate transfer of parts with other branches.
  • Follow up on service calls, as well as parts and service bills and orders.
  • Enter and complete work orders.
  • Provide quotes and estimates to customers.
  • Enter maintenance schedules for equipment.
  • Receive purchase orders from customers.
  • Maintain a system for tracking repairs and estimates.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the customer service/retail industry, preferably in the rental industry.
  • Minimum of grade 12 or equivalent; post-secondary diploma is an asset.
  • Self-starter, very customer service oriented and works well in a team environment.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Comfortable with computers; knowledge of Systematic is an asset.
